1 min - jump squats
1 min – burpees
1 min – alternating lunges
1 min – jumping jacks
1 min – push-ups

As many rounds as possible in 5 min5 burpees
10 Lateral jumps (find something to jump over like a weight bench)
Remember, these should be done at a high intensity. So don’t stop working until the 5 min is up!!!
