Here are a few 10 min workouts you can do at home. Of course 30-40 minutes is ideal, but if you don’t have that kind of time you shouldn’t just skip out. These should be done at a HIGH intensity!!!
1)
As many rounds as possible in 10 min
10 Sit-ups
15 Air Squats (get low)
2)
1 min of jumping jacks
1 min alternating lunges
1 min Burpees
1 min Sit-ups
1 min squats
Repeat
3)
Run as far as possible in 1 min
1 min of push-ups
Repeat for a total of 10 min
